Description
This vintage Westminster poster shows the Palace of Westminster beside the River Thames in London, drawn in a bold comic panel layout. Victoria Tower rises with a Union Jack flag, the Elizabeth Tower clock stands against a blue sky, and golden autumn leaves frame each scene. A riverside lamp, a passing boat and people sitting on benches along the Thames complete the view.
The colour palette is bright and cheerful, with red and pink lettering, a Union Jack panel, warm orange foliage and clear blue water. It suits anyone searching for vintage prints, vintage wall art, vintage posters or vintage London posters, and works well in a hallway, living room, office or gallery wall.
The design has a retro travel poster feel with a modern illustrated twist, making it a lovely nod to Westminster, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. A fun and colourful piece for lovers of London, British landmarks and vintage England style art.
