Description
This vintage London map poster shows the city split into bold comic style panels, each filled with dense red street lines, pale cream city blocks and soft green parks dotted with trees. A winding blue River Thames sweeps through the largest panel, with small ponds and lakes picked out in bright blue across the other sections.
The words London and Mapped are set in chunky pale pink lettering on solid red blocks, giving the design a bold retro graphic feel against a warm cream background. The red, pink, green and blue palette makes this a lively piece of vintage England wall art for anyone who loves London, travel and cartography.
A great choice if you are searching for vintage prints, vintage wall art or vintage posters with a British city theme. It suits a gallery wall, hallway, living room, home office or study, and makes a thoughtful gift for Londoners, map lovers and anyone with a soft spot for the capital.
