Description
This vintage style poster shows Elizabeth Tower at the Palace of Westminster in London, photographed from below so the pointed spire and two clock faces rise against a speckled, aged paper background. The sepia toned stonework and Gothic detailing give the piece a classic, timeworn look that suits fans of vintage prints and vintage wall art.
Bold black lettering across the top names the landmark, while a short passage explains that the tower stands at the north end of the Palace of Westminster, was completed in 1859 and has four clock faces overlooking the River Thames. A smaller caption in the corner adds the palace name and date, giving it the feel of a classic vintage travel poster.
A fitting choice for anyone who loves vintage posters of London, British architecture or Big Ben artwork. It works well in a living room, hallway, study or gallery wall, and makes a thoughtful addition for collectors of vintage England prints and London landmark wall art.
