Description
This vintage style botanical illustration shows a mixed wildflower meadow drawn in soft watercolour and fine pen detail on a warm cream background. Open pink cosmos flowers with golden yellow centres sit beside white daisies, bright yellow buttercups and delicate violet-blue wildflowers, all held on slender green stems with feathery foliage and serrated leaves. A few pencil sketched outlines and seed heads are scattered between the coloured blooms, giving the page the look of an old naturalist's study sheet.
If you are searching for vintage prints, vintage wall art or vintage posters with a gentle cottage garden feel, this floral design suits a bedroom, hallway, kitchen or living room. The soft pink, yellow, blue and sage green palette works well in cottagecore, farmhouse and country style interiors, and it pairs nicely with wooden or white frames. It is a lovely vintage botanical poster for flower lovers, gardeners and anyone who enjoys pressed flower style artwork.
This physical poster is made for framing and is a charming addition to a gallery wall or a quiet reading corner.
