Description
This vintage style print shows a fluffy black cat with a rounded, arched back perched on the rim of a tall, slender coupe glass. The cat peers down at a pale round soap or tablet floating in the clear water, its fine white whiskers and curved tail drawn with soft, feathery detail. The glass is painted with delicate gold edging and gentle reflections, set against a muted warm grey background. A small handwritten caption reads Basin Inspector in the lower right corner.
The soft, painterly look and quiet colour palette make this vintage poster a charming choice for a bathroom, powder room or cloakroom. It also suits a gallery wall, cat lover's corner or hallway, and works well for anyone who enjoys vintage prints, vintage wall art and vintage cat posters with a touch of humour.
A witty black cat illustration with an old fashioned feel, this poster adds character and a playful focal point to a minimalist or traditional space. It pairs nicely with neutral walls, wooden frames and classic bathroom decor.
