Vintage 1930 Alpine Ski Club Skiers Print, Winter Poster
Vintage 1930 Alpine Ski Club Skiers Print, Winter Poster
Description
This beautifully reproduced vintage poster dates from January 1930 and captures the golden age of Alpine skiing in all its charm. The artwork shows a group of skiers descending a snow-covered slope at 1850 metres, set against a dramatic mountain backdrop of snow-capped peaks and dark pine forests. A stylised sun with a face looks down from a vivid blue sky, and the bold red script lettering reads Skiers, with Alpine Ski Club and Alpine Valley printed below. The colours are rich and warm, combining deep navy blue, poppy red, forest green and crisp white in a flat graphic style typical of 1930s travel and sports illustration.
This printed wall art poster is a wonderful piece for anyone who loves vintage winter sports imagery, retro mountain lodge decor, or the Art Deco era of travel design. It suits a ski chalet, hallway, living room or games room and pairs well with other vintage alpine prints.
Each poster is printed on high-quality paper and shipped flat or rolled in protective packaging. This is a physical print delivered to your door, ready to frame and display.
