Description
This vintage tiger lily poster shows two large Lilium lancifolium blooms with recurved cream and orange petals densely spotted in red, framed by golden anthers, long slender stamens, unopened buds and dark green leaves. The flowers sit against a soft lavender panel on a warm cream paper background with a subtle worn texture.
A bold distressed red title reads Tiger Lily across the top, with Japanese lettering, small botanical stamps, a circular botanical study seal and tiny lily sketches in each corner. The mix of English and Japanese text gives it the feel of a retro Japanese botanical study, perfect for anyone searching for vintage prints, vintage wall art and vintage posters with a floral theme.
The warm orange, rust red and muted green palette works well in a kitchen, bedroom, hallway or living room. It suits vintage flower poster collections, botanical gallery walls and lovers of Japanese style floral wall art.
