Description
This vintage sweet pea poster shows a dense gathering of Lathyrus odoratus blooms in soft pink, deep burgundy, cream and lilac. Painted in thick, textured brushstrokes, the ruffled petals overlap with curling green tendrils, buds and leaves, creating a rich, full composition. A cream border frames the artwork, with the words Garden Flowers, Sweet Peas, Lathyrus and L. odoratus set in elegant burgundy lettering.
The antique botanical advertisement style makes this a lovely choice for anyone searching for vintage prints, vintage wall art or vintage posters with a cottage garden feel. The oil painting texture and warm, muted palette suit a kitchen, hallway, bedroom or living room gallery wall, and work well alongside other vintage floral posters.
If you love sweet peas, garden flowers or classic botanical art, this vintage flower poster brings a timeless, romantic look to your walls. It is printed as a physical poster and shipped to your door, ready to frame and enjoy.
