Description
This vintage Shanghai print shows the city's historic waterfront in a flat, retro travel style. A tan clock tower with visible clock faces rises beside a pale domed building, with older facades and taller towers stretching behind them. A small passenger boat crosses the blue river in the foreground, while a peach sun and soft cream clouds fill the circular scene.
The round illustration sits on a deep blue background, with bold red lettering reading Shanghai and the line Art Deco by the Water beneath it. The warm sandstone, coral and blue palette gives the artwork a clean mid-century travel look that suits living rooms, hallways, offices and gallery walls.
If you collect vintage prints, vintage wall art and vintage posters, this Shanghai city skyline piece brings a classic China travel feel to your space. It pairs well with other retro city posters, Art Deco architecture prints and vintage travel wall art.
