Description
This vintage style poster shows a dark silhouetted figure in a long coat running at speed across a rough, brushed ground, rendered in black and olive green ink on aged cream paper. Bold script lettering across the top reads See Something? Tell the Police, while a solid green band at the base carries the chunky capital headline Report a Thief. The faded paper tone and visible fold lines give it the worn look of a mid century public information sheet.
The limited palette of olive green, black and warm cream makes this a striking choice for anyone who loves vintage prints and vintage wall art with a graphic, retro feel. The dynamic running pose and hand inked texture create plenty of movement, and the strong typography works well in a hallway, study, office or gallery wall. It suits collectors of vintage posters and vintage crime and police themed artwork, as well as fans of retro typography and public safety design.
This physical poster is a bold way to add character to a home, shed, pub or workspace, and it pairs well with other retro signage and vintage advertising prints in a mixed gallery arrangement.
