Description
This vintage Oriental lily poster shows two open pink Stargazer lily blooms, one higher and one lower on a curving stem, with speckled petals, dark stamens, a closed bud and broad green leaves. The soft watercolour style sits on a warm cream parchment background, giving it a classic botanical illustration feel.
An Art Nouveau inspired border frames the flowers, with slim olive green lines and small lily buds in each corner. The title Oriental Lily and the Latin name Lilium Stargazer sit beneath the flowers in elegant lettering, making this a lovely choice for fans of vintage prints, vintage wall art and vintage posters.
The muted pink, olive and cream colours suit a bedroom, hallway, living room or kitchen, and it works well in a gallery wall alongside other vintage floral posters and botanical prints.
