Vintage Lev Yashin Poster, Russia 2018 World Cup Print
Total
Description
This vintage style football poster shows a black silhouetted goalkeeper stretching full length towards a ball in the top corner, set against a bold green circle and radiating bands of mustard gold and cream. Large lettering reads World Cup 2018, with Russia and Lev Yashin Tribute beneath, and a small caption at the foot naming the Soviet goalkeeper, 1929 to 1990.
The art deco inspired composition, limited colour palette and dramatic diving pose give it the look of classic mid century sporting posters. It works well as vintage wall art for a games room, study, bar, hallway or any space dedicated to the beautiful game, and suits collectors of vintage prints and vintage posters with a love of retro football design.
A fine choice for fans of Russia 2018, goalkeeping legends and vintage football wall art, this physical poster is printed and shipped to you, ready to frame and display.
