Description
This vintage Japanese space art poster features a green retro astronaut in a rounded helmet, with a cable running down the left side of the suit and a vivid red flame shape filling the visor. The bold green and red colour palette, grainy texture and graphic illustration give it a striking retro science fiction look that suits vintage wall art collections.
The design carries a festival of Japanese space art layout, with a large UCHU title, red Japanese characters, a rising sun circle and the date 23.09.79 set in a clean grid of black and white blocks. Russian text and a Space Lab logo add to the vintage Japan poster feel, making this a distinctive piece for fans of vintage posters, retro space prints and Japanese graphic design.
Printed as a physical poster, it works well as vintage wall art for a living room, studio, office or gallery wall. A good choice for anyone looking for a vintage Japanese print with a bold astronaut theme and plenty of retro character.
