Description
This vintage style Dead Man's Shoes poster features huge blue letterpress lettering stacked down a warm cream background, with the words DEAD MAN'S SHOES filling most of the page. Rough black angular shapes rise behind the type, while a line of small dark figures walks across the upper left edge. The text 2004 and Directed by Shane Meadows appears in the corners.
The textured, woodblock inspired finish gives it the feel of vintage prints and vintage posters, with a bold blue and black palette on aged paper tones. A strong choice for fans of British cinema, vintage movie posters and Shane Meadows films, it works well as vintage wall art in a living room, study, hallway or gallery wall.
A striking piece for lovers of retro typography, minimalist film posters and vintage film wall art, with plenty of graphic impact from across the room.
