Description
This vintage Japanese future fashion print shows a full length figure in a turquoise space age jumpsuit with a bubble helmet, pink face and dramatically fanned blue and white striped sleeves, raised high in a victorious pose. Smaller detail panels show the helmet, the striped sleeve with a clenched fist and the zipped collar, each with a thin pointer line and a small caption.
Bold red Japanese lettering runs across the top, with a catalogue style panel along the bottom marked Future Fashion, 1977 and No. 12. The flat retro colours of turquoise, powder blue, pink and red sit on a warm cream border with a lightly aged paper feel, giving it the look of a classic Showa era illustration.
A striking choice for anyone searching for vintage prints, vintage wall art, vintage posters or vintage Japanese posters. It suits a retro gallery wall, a studio, an office or a bedroom, and brings a playful mid century sci-fi fashion mood to any space. Printed and shipped as a physical poster.
